  • Assisting with proposal details.
  • Dealing with sales related queries from clients or prospective clients.
  • Assisting with the compilation of tender documents.
  • Maintaining diary management for Business Development Managers
  • Managing and updating Client database and compilation of reports
  • Assisting with marketing related functions

  • Confident, assertive and outgoing personality, with excellent communication skills and voice projection
  • Positive, self starter.
  • Ability to interact and maintain good relations with middle and senior management.

  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential.
  • High attention to detail - high accuracy levels.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Excellent organisational ability
