Pull the front of the paper holder cover forward to release it, lift it up to open it and place the paper roll into the machine. Pull a short piece of paper out, close the cover and tear of the excess paper.

Plug the provided charger to the charger jack at the bottom of the terminal. Connect the charger into a power source and leave the device to charge.

Push the on/off button and wait for the terminal to boot - this should take about 35 seconds.

Perform a test transaction using your debit or credit card. To do this, swipe the card, type in a test value and press the enter key. Once the first receipt prints, press the enter key a second time to print a second receipt - one for your records, one for the customer.

Press the blue key labeled "F" at the end of the day to open the function menu. Press "2" to select "Batch Out" and press the "Enter" key twice - after a short wait, a report of the day's transactions will be printed.
