QuickBooks Pro update Error 15215

  • Do a Windows Search for QBW32.exe, which is located in C:\Program Files\Intuit\QuickBooks.
    To search for QBW32.EXE in Windows 7:
  • If QBW32.EXE does not come up during initial search, click the link for More Results in the Windows Search section.
  • On Next Screen, click on Computer icon. (Windows will run a search in your computer).
  • From search results, findQBW32.EXE that has a Type of Application.
  • Right-click QBW32.EXE, and select Properties.
  • Click the Digital Signature tab, and ensure Intuit, Inc. is selected in the signature list.
  • Click Details.
  • In the Digital Signature Details window, click View Certificate.
  • In the Certificate window, click Install Certificate.
  • Clicking Next until Finish is displayed. Then click Finish.
  • Restart the computer.
  • Open QuickBooks.
  • Download the update again.
  • Verify your Internet Connection and QuickBooks settings.Configure your firewall or anti-virus to ensure QuickBooks files have both incoming and outgoing Internet access.Fix Microsoft Cryptographic Services that have been damaged or compromised.Microsoft website has a tool that frequently fixes these problems.
