You can get a card on the spot.

If you’re not a Kiwibank customer, we’ll need to see some ID before you can get your card.

You’ll need to bring either:

  • your passport; or
  • your driver licence and a credit or ATM/EFTPOS card from another bank, with your name and signature on it.

You’ll also need to bring a bank statement or utility bill (no more than 6 months old) printed with your name and address, so we can verify your address.
