History

Established in 2014.

The owner, Julie (see below) recently spent some time in France to follow a training and became "Maitre-Crêpier" or Crepe Master. This intensive course took her deep into the history and the secret of making the best galettes. She learnt how to make crepes professionally, using the best methods and know-how, which allows her to fine-tune the last details of her creative menu.

Meet the Business Owner

Julie Garrigues, the daughter of Michelin Chef Gerard Garrigues from Le Pastel in the South of France, first travelled for 6 months all around Australia and fell in love with the country. A few years later, while she was living and working in Sydney she decided to bring one of the most typical French food specialty down under.

Julie developped a concept of gourmet crepes. On the menu are proposed the savoury crêpes called "galettes" and the sweet crêpes, filled with cooked "garnitures" made of excellent quality products and sophisticated combinations. Julie's father took part of the preparation here in Sydney and was deeply involved in the opening.
